Description
Provides a short-term residential alternative to inpatient hospitalization for adults who are experiencing a mental health crisis or a substance use disorder crisis and require 24-hour support in a supervised environment to become stabilized, but do not have medical complications that necessitate hospital care.

Eligibility
Must have/meet: * 18 years of age or older * Must be medically stable and not in need of inpatient hospital care
Fees
Kentucky Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance and self-pay accepted, with a sliding scale fee available for self-pay

* Self-referrals may walk-in or call * Professional referrals accepted, can be from hospitals, emergency rooms, behavioral health units, law enforcement, judicial systems, counselors or other agencies
