Description
Provides multiple employment services to help individuals with disability or other barriers to employment overcome these issues in order to find work. Programs offered include Work Adjustment Training to reorient individuals into a work environment who have never been employed or have been out of work for a period of time; Work Skills Assessment to evaluate an individual's workplace capabilities and identify employment strengths; Job Readiness which addresses resume building, interviewing skills and job retention; Job Coaching which provides on-the-job assistance and training to develop long-term skills for success and Job Placement services to develop jobs for individuals in the Tri-State area with the goal of long-term employment.
