Description
Provides an employee training program that combines on-the-job training and classroom instruction to fill in-demand openings with skills specifically pertinent to the job. Open to undocumented individuals, parolees, probationers and persons formerly incarcerated. Offers programs including Registered Apprenticeships, Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC), Kentucky Fair Chance Bonding program, Kentucky Essential Skills Training and consultative services to assist with recruitment, training and incentives available statewide.
