Description
Pays a portion of the electric service expenses of people whose electricity is at risk of being shut off due to receipt of a disconnect notice or who are unable to fully pay the required minimum amount of an electric bill that is within 5 days of the due date. The recipient must be able to pay the amount of the electric bill not covered by the utility assistance program that will ensure continued electric service for the next 30 days.
